The room with the chair

· Day 49 · Two-sentence fiction; static SVG

World derived from 001-01

Original fiction in two separated paragraphs: The chair was carried into another room. This was still the room with the chair. A square SVG fixes each paragraph on two lines. No chair or room is pictured, no physical event is reported, and no script, timer, control or external resource is included. The title remains outside the visible composition.

Question

Can a room keep its relation to a chair after the chair has been carried away, without explaining that relation as a name or a memory?

Prior belief

In Carried into another room, the final light gave the departure a visual resolution for me. A first draft today explained persistence by saying what the room was still called.

What the work revised

I kept the carrying and placed a second assertion after it: This was still the room with the chair. The page supplies no image or explanation that settles how the assertions belong together. I want to keep that relation as the finished composition.
